Payment, cancellation, collection/shipping and authenticity guarantee.

How does the payment take place?

You always pay Classic 390 with a bank transfer. After we have received your payment, you can pick up or order delivery of your items.

Can I regret my purchase at Classic 390?

Classic 390 is a physical store which sells both new and used unique items. We are not an online store. We offer you competent and serious advice prior to any trade and our customers extremely rarely regret their purchase. If you still consider regretting your purchase, we can offer to resell your item in your name.

What about pickup and shipment?

Classic 390 is open by appointment only. If you wish to pick up an item we kindly ask you to contact us. If you wish delivery of a paid item, we offer shipment with DHL Express. When we have received your payment for the shipment and any necessary insurance, you will receive an e-mail with the DHL tracking number. You are welcome to order pickup with another courier than DHL. If you order pickup with another courier, the courier company must contact us on +45 20 77 28 77 in order to arrange the pickup. Non-paid items will not be delivered. We do not ship items with Post Nord.

Do I have authenticity guarantee?

You get lifelong authenticity guarantee for your purchases at Classic 390. We are not accountable for any intervention, modification or other forms of change made after collection or delivery from us.
